My sculptures focus on using draped ceramic forms as a metaphor for flesh, spirituality and human experience.
The playful pop of colour represents various stereotypes assigned to womanhood, ideas of purity, innocence and sexuality. My work is about ambiguity and duality, spirit and flesh, skin and bone, concealment and exposure.
