Petal Collection

In the Petal Series the ceramic drapery of stoneware and porcelain are used as a metaphor for women's bodies and experience. Recently I have experimented with glazing and spray-painting the ceramic pieces to add a sensuous pop of bright, glossy colour to playfully evoke the concept of flesh.
